At The Many Roots Shop, each item is made to order especially for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, ordering the wrong size, or buyer’s remorse.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at support@themanyrootsshop.com.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us as soon as possible if there is an issue so we can make it right.

Please include:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos showing the damage or defect

If your claim is approved, we will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.
